What do I wear for class? 

Come dressed in stretchy, moisture wicking clothing that allows you to move in all directions. You do not need shoes in Yoga & Strength classes. And if it makes you feel comfortable, you are welcome to wear grippy socks in class.

Are mats provided in class?
Mats are provided in all outlets, except Punggol studio. Please bring your own mat when attending classes in Punggol.

Do I need to bring my own props (blocks, straps etc)?

Props are provided in class. However, you're welcome to bring your own props as well.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 6 hours before class time.​

 

I am waitlisted for class. When will i know if i am added for class?

You will be notified via email 6 hours before class time.

 

When will classes be available for booking?

Classes will be made available for booking 2 weeks before the class week, on Monday 12am.

 

Will i be able to extend my package validity if i am sick, travelling or injured?

Yes, package validity can be extended with valid proof of illness, injury and travel (if you are travelling for 7 days or more). Please email yogastrong.sg@gmail.com with your documentation and we will be happy to help.​

This only applies to regular packages. Promotional packages are excluded.
