Christine
A safe space to explore, connect and grow
Christine has been teaching yoga since the early 2000s and mobility work for several years. With experience in anatomy and teacher training, she combines yoga, mobility, and strength-based movement to help students move safely and efficiently. Her classes are structured and precise, focusing on joint integrity, strength, and control. Christine hopes her students leave class feeling steady, capable and more attuned to how their bodies move.

Sheryl
Guiding you through purposeful play
Sheryl has been teaching yoga since the mid-2010s, with a focus on strength, mobility and hand balancing. She combines yoga and strength training principles to design classes that are both structured and creative. Her classes build progressively – starting with simple movement patterns before advancing into more complex postures. Each session helps students improve their mind-body connection through intelligent play. Sheryl hopes her students leave class feeling stronger, more focused and confident in their movement.

Fiona
Where effort meets awareness
Fiona has been teaching yoga since 2016, combining creative sequencing with a strong focus on precision and control. Known for her intensity and clarity, she challenges students to move with intention, strength, and awareness in every class. Drawing from her background as a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, Fiona integrates strength, mobility, and alignment work to create classes that are both demanding and purposeful. Expect a steady build of focus, effort, and refinement as you work hard, but also smart. She hopes her students leave each class feeling stronger, sharper and more confident in how they move, both on and off the mat.

Rozie
Intelligent sequencing to push your boundaries
Rozie has been practising yoga for over eight years and teaching since 2020. With a background in yoga, pilates and mobility, she focuses on creating balanced classes that build both strength and flexibility. Her classes are intelligently sequenced and alignment-based, guiding students to move safely and progressively while improving control and awareness. Rozie hopes her students gain confidence in their bodies and carry that awareness into everyday movement.

Roxanne
Find mindful control in modern movement
Roxanne has over ten years of experience in movement, mindfulness and functional mobility. As a certified FRC Mobility Specialist and Yoga Medicine teacher, she bridges modern movement science with traditional yoga practice. Her classes focus on improving control, range, and joint health through thoughtful, purposeful movement. She integrates mobility training and yoga therapy to help students build strength that supports daily function. Roxanne hopes her students leave class with a deeper sense of confidence and self-connection to support them on and off the mat.
