2. Book your class through our online schedule.
3. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and get ready to move.
Note: Class packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Basics
Learn the foundations of movement.
An introduction to key postures, breathing techniques and alignment principles. You’ll move slowly and mindfully with clear guidance to build awareness and control. Ideal for beginners or anyone looking to re-establish strong fundamentals. Expect patience, encouragement, and space to grow at your own pace.

Hatha 1/2
Build strength through intelligent sequencing.
Take your practice further with a class that develops strength, endurance, and alignment through progressive layering and focused movement. Each sequence works towards a peak pose, combining stability and control with mindful effort. Suitable for those ready to deepen their practice.

Flow
Move, sweat and have fun.
A lively class that links movement and breath through creative, continuous sequences. Expect a good workout that builds strength, mobility and coordination while keeping things fluid and engaging. Flow is your space to move freely, stay present and enjoy the practice.

Inversion
Turn your world upside down – with support.
Whether you’re working on your first headstand or refining your handstand line, this class gives you the structure and confidence to explore inversions safely. Expect progressive sequences, strength-building drills, and clear guidance to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll celebrate small wins and remind you: every little step goes a long way.

Strength
Train smart and build functional power.
A circuit-based class designed to help you gain confidence in key functional movements. You’ll work through focused drills that improve form, technique and overall strength. Expect clear instruction and a practical approach to building a stronger, more capable body. Suitable for all levels.

Stretch
Reset and restore.
A slow-paced class with gentle movement and longer-held stretches to improve flexibility and ease tight muscles. Ideal for recovery days or when you want a less intensive practice. You’ll finish feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to take on the week.
